Meet Chantelle
Clinical Psychologist & Founder
“Supporting thoughtful, high-functioning adults to better understand themselves and create sustainable change”
Chantelle is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Headstrong Health, working with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who may appear capable on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under sustained internal pressure.
Many of her clients have developed strong coping strategies, yet find these are no longer sustainable. Chantelle provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop a more grounded and intentional way of living.
Her approach is formulation-driven and draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, and ACT. She focuses on understanding patterns across thinking, emotion, behaviour, and relationships to support meaningful, lasting change.
Chantelle has experience working across private practice, corporate, and higher education settings, which informs her understanding of high-pressure environments and the demands placed on high-functioning individuals.
Her style is warm, reflective, and collaborative, with an emphasis on both insight and practical change. Chantelle is best suited to clients who are reflective, motivated, and open to exploring dynamics at a deeper level.
Chantelle aims to create a space where clients feel understood, supported and able to engage in meaingful, lasting change.
